Flapjacks

Hello!
Halloween has passed now for a lovely quick snack or delicious pudding, flapjacks. Flapjacks are lovely and dairy free or just normal.
To make 2 tins of flapacks you will need:
100g of caster sugar
350g or porridge oats
150g of butter or sunflower spread (dairy free butter)
2 TBSP of golden syrup

  1. Put the butter, sugar and golden syrup into a saucepan and stir over a low heat until the butter and sugar are melted.
  2. Add the porridge oats and blend into the mixture.
  3. Press into a well greaced tin.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a oven heated at 180C 
  5. Mark into fingers while still warm.
  6. Allow to cool before removing.
  7. ENJOY!!
